The Safaniya Expansion Project is a significant offshore initiative aimed at enhancing the production capabilities of the Safaniya oilfield, the largest offshore oilfield in the world. Operated by Saudi Aramco, the project focuses on upgrading infrastructure and deploying advanced technologies to boost oil extraction and processing efficiency. The National Petroleum Construction Company (NPCC) serves as the main contractor, overseeing engineering, procurement, and construction activities.

EXCTEL was engaged as a sub-contractor to deliver specialized telecommunications solutions crucial for the project’s success. With our extensive expertise in Telecom System Integration, we provided comprehensive solutions, including high-capacity fiber optic networks, reliable radio communication systems, and secure data transmission infrastructure.
