Delivering Advanced Telecommunication Solutions for a Critical Offshore Development

Exctel is proud to be a key technology provider for the Zuluf AH West and AH East Oil Facilities, a major offshore development by Saudi Aramco in the Arabian Gulf. Under NMDC Energy’s leadership, Exctel designed, engineered, and implemented advanced telecommunications across 28 platforms, highlighting our expertise in executing complex, large-scale projects.

Our scope includes explosion-proof CCTV systems, comprehensive IP-based telephone and LAN networks, secure TETRA and VHF radio communication, GSM and DWDM high-speed transmission systems, and extensive network infrastructure integration involving multiple vendors.

Exctel successfully overcame challenges such as ensuring optimal communication coverage in offshore environments, integrating IECEx-certified explosion-proof equipment, and coordinating multi-vendor interoperability to meet rigorous industry standards.
